We accept returns only for defective upon arrival purchases. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not leave any marks i.e. scratches, finger prints on the item that you are returning. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us with proof of defective items within three days of item arrival. Claims after three days of item arrival shall not be accepted.
You have  calendar days to return an item from the date received.
Refunds and Replacements
Please note that returns are non-refundable, but replaceable with the same model. In the unlikely event that the replaced item is also defective upon arrival, we will provide a refund for the cost of the item excluding the shipping cost.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a replacement for the same model.
If the replaced item still arrives as defective, you will need to return the item again. If your second return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
